Remap Columns

adGENIE adverts expect to see ten product data fields in a specific order:

Unique ID, Category, Subcategory, Brand, Product Name, Description, Description 2, Price, Product URL, Image URL.

There is no need to change your actual source feed. You can remap your feed structure, here, simply by typing ten letters A-J separated by commas. For example, typing B,A,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J transposes the first and second columns of your feed data before presenting it to the adverts.

NB - You can preview your adverts as many times as you wish to get the mapping working perfectly.

If you would like to change the default colours of the advert you can use the 4 swatches below. Each one controls a different element on the advert.

Feed URL

Please paste the URL of your feed. Feeds must be URLs linking to a flat version of your product file, usually ending in .txt or .csv.

Default URL

Viewtag URL

Viewtag URL is for any default impression tracking you may want to put in place. Tracking and attribution can be amended on a broad or per affiliate basis in your full adGENIE login, once you have completed this part of the process.

Genie Group Dynamic Advertising - Master Agreement

This Agreement governs the use of the adGENIE retargeting and pre-targeting services. The prevailing version of this document â€“ as hosted at www.adgenie.co.uk/contract/ - at the time an adGENIE Insertion Order is signed or an adGENIE contract electronically accepted is deemed by the client and the GENIE GROUP to be in operation from the time of signing or acceptance. 

The Clientâ€™s (or its agentâ€™s) signature of an Insertion Order or digital acceptance implies full acceptance by the Client of this Dynamic Advertising Agreement, notwithstanding any term to the contrary that may be contained in any Client documentation, in particular the Clientâ€™s purchase order, and any prior written or verbal agreement, communications or understandings. The Dynamic Advertising Contract, together with the Insertion Order or in the case of an electronically agreed insertion at the adgenie.co.uk Website the prevailing terms and conditions at adgenie.co.uk/contract/ constitute the full and complete agreement of the parties.

This Dynamic Advertising Contract is effective from 01 January 2011 for all new Insertion Orders.

Genie Group reserves the right to amend the Dynamic Advertising Contract at any time. Any amendments to the Dynamic Advertising Contract will be effective as soon as posted at
adgenie.co.uk/contract/, and shall apply immediately to all Insertion Orders signed after such date.

1 Definitions and interpretation

1.1 The following terms have the following respective meanings:

Agreement: Means this agreement between the Client and Genie Group for the use of its
adGENIE retargeting and/or pre-targeting services in any applicable Insertion Order or any request for service at adgenie.co.uk, together the adGENIE Insertion Order.

Budget: The amount stated in the adGENIE Insertion Order as the amount that the Client agrees to pay to Genie Group for using Genie Groupâ€™s Technology (excluding any Setup costs).

Click: The redirection of a user from an adGENIE retargeting or pre-targeting banner to a Client website by the action of a click on the banner.

Client: A person identified in an Insertion Order and entering into the Agreement with Genie Group for the purpose of using Genie Groupâ€™s adGENIE retargeting and pre-targeting banners.

Client Collateral: all content and Client marks to be included in the adGENIE retargeting and pretargeting banners.

CPC: Cost per Click fees to be paid by the Client.
CPM: Cost per Thousand banner impressions fees to be paid by the Client.
CPA: Cost per customer acquisition fees to be paid by the Client.
CPP: Cost per Percentage of basket fees to be paid by the Client.

Genie Group: Genie Group Limited is incorporated in England and Wales with company number 05842432, whose registered office is The Media Centre, 3-8 Carburton St, London, W1W 5AJ

Format: The dimensions of adGENIE retargeting and/or pre-targeting banners.

Genie Group Platform: Ad networks, Ad delivery platforms and publishers serving adGENIE retargeting or pre-targeting banners at the discretion of Genie Group.

Genie Group Technology: Genie Group has two complementary dynamic advertising solutions: adGENIE retargeting and adGENIE pre-targeting. Both systems deliver precisely targeted adverts to prospective customers based on a range of behavioural, contextual and demographic data. adGENIEâ€™s dynamic retargeting product identifies and â€˜retargetsâ€™ LOST customers. adGENIEâ€™s dynamic pretargeting solution identifies and â€˜targetsâ€™ NEW customers.

Impression: One banner displayed to one user.

Insertion Order: An order delivered by the Client physically or electronically to
Genie group specifying an agreed CPC, CPM, CPA or CPP for an agreed performance or number of adGENIE retargeting or pre-targeting banner placements on agreed Website or sites for an agreed time period, the fees to be paid by the Client at the agreed Budget in accordance with the terms of this contract and the terms in the Insertion Order.

Integration: The implementation of GENIE GROUPâ€™s prevailing adGENIE retargeting or pre-targeting banner tracking document.

Intellectual Property Rights: All patents, rights to inventions, copyright and related
rights, service marks, trade marks, trade, business and domain names, rights in goodwill, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database right, topography rights, moral rights, rights in confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets) and any other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications for and renewals or extensions of such rights, and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection in any part of the world.

Service: The provision of adGENIE retargeting or pre-targeting banners through the Genie Group Platform.

Setup Fees: Where confirmed in the associated Insertion Order, Retargteting and Pre-targeting Set up Fees are waived for all Re targeting clients who implement the ad GENIE tags and sign off on creative and otherwise expedite the campaign such that it goes live within 30 days of the client receiving the adGENIE tags.

Custom Build - Setup Charges - for the avoidance of doubt these costs are for set up using the client's own Flash designs and for GENIEgroup to rebuild for dynamic advertising..

Â£300 for one ad size or Â£450 for all three of 728x90, 300x250 and 160x600. Plus Â£75 per ad size thereafter. Set up fees include one set of design amends. Â£150 for Integration of client feed


Custom Design and Build - Setup Charges - for the avoidance of doubt these costs are for set up using the client's own static designs from which adGENIE creates custom Flash for  dynamic advertising..

Â£600 for one ad size or Â£900 for all three of 728x90, 300x250 and 160x600. Plus Â£150 per ad size thereafter. Set up fees include one set of design amends. Â£150 for Integration of client feed

2. Delivery and Behaviour of adGENIE retargeting or pre-targeting banners

2.1 The Client acknowledges and agrees that the adGENIE retargeting or pre-targeting banners are displayed on the Genie Group Platform as dictated by the Genie Group Technology

2.2 Genie Group does not guarantee
i) that all of the adGENIE retargeting or pre-targeting banner will be displayed within the Genie Group Platform. For the avoidance of doubt, a reasonable number of retargeting and pre-targeting banner displays is guaranteed by Genie Group,
ii) that the adGENIE retargeting or pre-targeting banners will be displayed exactly as scheduled in the Insertion Order or on a continuous basis during the term of the Agreement, and
iii) the number of Impressions or the number of Clicks or the Budget will be delivered during the period stated in the Insertion Order.

3. Term of the Agreement
The Agreement shall apply from the start date to the end date, as stated in the Insertion Order or on the Budget expires.

4. Measurements and Performance Report
The Client acknowledges and accepts that Genie Groupâ€™s measurements (including as to the display of the adGENIE retargeting or pre-targeting banner within the Genie Group Platform) shall prevail between the parties over any other data recorded by the Client or a third party.

5. Invoicing and Payment

5.1 Genie Group shall invoice monthly for the adGENIE retargeting or pre-targeting service and the Client shall pay the amounts set out in invoices within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

5.2 If the Client fails to pay the invoices submitted by Genie Group when they fall due, the Client shall be liable to pay Genie Group interest on such sum from the due date at an annual rate of 2% above the base lending rate of Barclays Bank PLC.

5.3 If the Client disputes the amount set out in any invoice, the Client shall notify Genie Group in writing within one (1) month following the date of the disputed invoice. If no dispute is raised during this period the Client shall be deemed to have accepted the amount set out in the invoice and thereby waived any rights to dispute such an amount in the future.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Genie Group retains all rights in and to the adGENIE retargeting or pre-targeting banner Technology

6.2 The Client retains all rights in and to any Client Collateral except The Client grants Genie Group a worldwide, royalty-free revocable licence to publish the Client Collateral as part of an adGENIE retargeting or pre-targeting banners during the term of the Agreement.

7. Clientâ€™s warranties

7.1 The Client warrants, represents and undertakes to Genie Group that:
(a) it has the authority to enter into this Agreement.
(b) it has the right to provide the Client Collateral to Genie Group for delivery through adGENIE retargeting or pre-targeting banners.

7.2 Provided that Genie Group has used the Client Collateral in accordance with the Clientâ€™s instructions, The Client shall indemnify, and hold Genie Group harmless from and against any suit, proceeding, assertions, damage (direct only), cost, liability, and expenses (including court costs and reasonable legal fees), incurred as a result of any breach of clause 7.1 or of any claim that the Client Collateral is untrue, deceptive, obscene, defamatory or contrary to any applicable law or regulation which if true would be a breach of this agreement.





8. Genie Groupâ€™s Warranties and liability

8.1 The Client accepts and agrees that Genie Group shall not be liable to the Client, the Clientâ€™s Agent or to any other person, whether in contract, tort () or in any other way, for:
(a) any loss arising from a Personalised Banner (including without limit from a failure to serve a Personalised Banner), or
(b) any loss arising from or in connection with any loss or revenues, profits, contracts or business or failure to realize anticipated savings, or
(c) any loss of goodwill or reputation, or
(d) any indirect or consequential losses, suffered or incurred by the Client arising out of or in connection with any matter under this Agreement.

8.2 Subject to clause 8.3 the maximum aggregate combined liability of Genie Group howsoever arising (whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) ) or in any other way) under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the aggregate of the charges or commissions, whichever is greater, paid or payable to Genie Group by the Client under the associated Insertion Order.

8.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

(e) Genie Groupâ€™s Privacy Policy is available at
http://www.geniegroupltd.co.uk/Genie/364608/privacy_policy.html. Genie Groupâ€™s Privacy Policy includes information for users on how to opt-out of being cookie pre-targeted and/or retargeted.

English Law

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by English law.

9.2 If any provision of this Agreement shall be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or enforceability shall no effect the other provisions of this agreement which shall remain in full force an effect.

9.3 The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply to this Agreement.
